Hello!
My old laptop is broken and I have no access to it. That means that I can´t deactivate my licence Trados Studio 2024 Freelance there. Therefore I can´t activate my licence on my new laptop. Any idea how could I fix this?
I tried and got an offline deactivation ticket, but I don´t know what to do with it.
