Hello,
I have installed SDL Trados Studio 2019 on my new computer (Windows 11) and I deactivated the license on my old computer. Then I activated the license thanks to the offline activation process and an error message appeared.
Now when I try to open Trados, this message appears: "No license type found" and it doesn't start.
I uninstalled and installed it again but nothing changed.
What can I do?

Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
Then, follow these steps before trying the offline activation again: In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
Note: If you can't find the path above, open Windows File Explorer, click on View and check "Hidden Items" checkbox.
