Please reset your license from your RWS account as indicated in the article below, as you can see both activation fulfilments are In Use and if your computer crashed this means you had no possibility to deactivate Trados

Since you have two fulfilments, you are going to be asked which of the two to reset. If you are using Trados on only one computer, it does not matter. If you are using Trados on two devices, then you need to select the date when you remember activating Trados on the laptop that crashed.
