I am using a new computer, my previous one died (and I was unable to deactivate my license) and now I cannot activate on the new computer, even though it says one license is still available (I have Freelance plus with 2 licenses). When I try to activate in SDL I get a message saying that it could not connect to the activation server. I tried reset but I still cannot activate the license.
Using Trados Studio 2019 SR2 15.2.8.3007
