Deactivation/reactivation blocked by Free Trial pop up

My old computer crashed so I cannot use it to deactivate my Trados 2017 licence. I am trying to use the 'offline' method, but on Trados on my new computer, when I click on Help/Product Activation, it just pops up with a box asking me to Activate my Free Trial. I don't know how to get round this. I'd be very grateful for any advice.
