Our customer with account id 538725 has 2 freelance perpetual licenses 2022 and 2024. Both the licenses are with same registered email id.
Customer is unable to access cloud account for one of the license, could you please help on how it could be resolved.

It would help to know if there is an error message and what error exactly it's received, a screenshot of the error would be even better. And which license are you referring to?
