Sudden and unexpected licence/activation issue when opening Studio 2019 on Windows 11 Home

Hi all,

I am receiving the error message "Evaluation Expired 37" when trying to enter my current Trados Studio 2019 activation code, as unexpectedly prompter to do so on opening it.  I had reset and reactivated my licence after old computer damage and installing it on this new computer back in November 2025. I tried to enter the current activation code, which is not being accepted. I tried to deactivate offline/online and getting message about servers, getting nowhere.
My RWS account shows my licence is still valid as per my account details (no expiry date).
I tried to email previous email address for support which says the address is not valid any more and the Help button is pointing to an inactive page.

Can anyone help ASAP please, I have a Trados package job to work on during the weekend for delivery on Monday morning...
