Dear Colleague,
I hope this message finds you well. I have tried so many times to deactivate online/offline my Trados 2019 from my old laptop and reactivate it in my new laptop. Every time I copied the Deactivation Authorisation in order to Generate the Deactivation certificate, there was an error message came out indicating that it was not valid.
I have also tried to reset the authorization Id, but still I failed transfer the Trados 2019 to my new laptop. Please help me on this matter. Thank you.
