I am trying to log into my Trados 2017 account on a new pc, but when I have entered by email and password, I get a spinning icon that will continue for at least an hour until I close the program again.
I know my password is correct because I can log into the RWS Community using it.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app without success. I have installed recommended updates.
I have restarted the computer at each stage, but this happens repeatedly and I cannot find a solution.
