SDL Passolo 2022 – Microsoft .NET Parser Add-In Showing Error

Question

I would like to report an issue with SDL Passolo 2022 regarding the Microsoft .NET Parser add-in. 
 In the Add-Ins dialog, the Microsoft .NET Parser is showing an error status and is not loading correctly. As a result, we are unable to parse .NET files in Passolo. 
 
 Environment details: 
 
 Product: SDL Passolo 2022 
 Version: 2022 (22.0.254.0) 
 Operating System: Windows 11 64bit 
 License type: [Passolo 2022 Professional Edition] 
 Order: 879998

Issue details: 
 
 The Microsoft .NET Parser appears with an error in the Add-Ins list. 
 The add-in does not load or function as expected. 
 The issue persists after restarting Passolo.

Need to Check 
 
 The .NET Parser is included in our license

Actions already attempted: 
 
 Restarted Passolo and the system 
 Checked Add-Ins configuration 
 license reactivation or a repair installation

Could you please advise on: 
 
 Whether this is a known issue in Passolo 2022 
 Any recommended steps to reset or reload the .NET Parser add-in
