Hi there,

today, I ran CCleaner and left it to remove duplicate documents form my computer. Since, Trados is not working any more - I cannot open any window and work. 

I tried to uninstall Trados 2024, but it is not possible either, I get following message:

"An error occured and the program was aborted. You can try running the program again but if the same proble repeats, please generate a debug log (usualy found in ...path to document...) and contact the technical support.

SuiteLoadException

Missing package ID for package "Trados Studio 2024 SR". A package ID is requiered for absent, tracked, packages. Line 72." 

Could you please help me? I have Trados Studio on my computer since the version 2017 - and all were functional till today...

How can I proceed to make Trados work again?
