Offline activation request – SDL Trados Studio 2014 Freelance Plus

Question

I need offline activation for SDL Trados Studio 2014 Freelance Plus . 
 Online activation is no longer available, and I am receiving an activation error when trying to activate the product. 
 Please generate an activation certificate using my installation ID . 
 I have attached the installation ID file and a screenshot of the license in my RWS account. 
 Thank you for your assistance.
