- I have recently purchased a new desktop and laptop.
- Following your instructions, I have tried to reset my license but, at the moment, I can only use the license on my desktop
- I am still unable to deactivate the license on my desktop and also unable to activate the license on my laptop.
- Could you please assist on how to proceed? Is it possible for you to reset the license remotely?
- Software details: Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus - 16.2.12.9338
