Trados Studio 2019 – licence shows activated in RWS account but Trados still asks to activate (403 error)

I have a Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus licence with two activations.

One activation is correctly in use on my main device.

The second activation was previously used on a second device that is no longer working, so I forced deactivation via the RWS website.

After doing this, I attempted to activate the licence on a new second device. During online activation, Trados returns a 403 error.

The RWS website now shows the licence as activated, but when I open Trados on the new device it still asks for activation and continues to return the same 403 error.

This appears to be a licence synchronisation issue where the activation is acknowledged in the RWS account but not recognised by the local Trados installation.

I think it needs fixing at the RWS end.
