Product Activation pop up

Question

Hello, 
 My trial period is due to end next week (26/01) on which date the monthly fee will kick in. Studio has been working fine for me for the past week but today the below pop-up has started to repeatedly appear. Restarting Studio has not helped the issue. How can I get rid of this?
