Unable to Activate Trados Professional Network License

Question

Hi Team, 
 Our client with Account id 419693 has 2 licenses out of which their 2019 professional network is facing issue and unable to get activated. 
 Please find the below screenshot with error during the activation process.

Hello Savio D'Britto (SavioD'Britto) 
 If the license was activated in License Manager the client need to follow these steps from Studio 2019: click on Activate > Alternative activation options > click "Use a license server" > type the server / computer name where License Manager is installed > click Activate.
