Hi,
I was previously given excellent support by Paul Tudoran on case CS0029479 relating to ongoing problems with Studio 2024 and getting Studio 2022 to start in trial mode as a workaround. I then happily used Studio 2022 for the trial period, but it did not pick up the Studio 2024 license when the trial expired. Studio 2024 continues to present problems in specific use cases that functioned reliably in Studio 2022, so I would like to be able to use Studio 2022 with my Studio 2024 license, as I was assured would work.
Case 00857339 seems to deal with a similar issue, but does not describe steps that I could take to resolve the issue myself.
