Your company has multiple RWS accounts, so please provide us with an order number.
If you have access to the respective RWS account, you should be able to reset the license from Products and Plans - Licenses (unless it's Trados 2014 or older).

Thank you for your help.
However, our management list only records which user used which license key; it does not include the Order Number.
Furthermore, we cannot access the RWS Account of the departed employee because we do not know the password.
Most importantly, I also logged into my account and checked Product and Plans, but the Trados Desktop license I'm using isn't displayed there either.
Is it impossible to resolve this issue with just the License Key?
You cannot find anything in your RWS account because you don't own any licenses. The license owner is your company, but you have no admin rights to their respective RWS account. We would need an order number, so please contact internally the administrator of the account.
