I have deactivated my license in an old computer but cannot activate it in a new computer

Hi Team!

I have deactivated my license in an old computer, but cannot activate it in a new computer.

I even logged off my account in the old computer to log in the new one, but I still get the message indicating my cloud account has reached the maximum number of devices registered for my subscription. 

I downloaded Trados 2024 in the new computer, and I still get that message when I try to activate my license, which I paid recently.

Could you please help?
