I've been using Studio Starter for about two months. I'd now like to use the trial version of the full edition for 30 days, to see if I want to upgrade.
I uninstalled Studio Starter because I read on the trial page that it won't work if you already have an edition of Studio installed. Once that was done, I ran the installer for the trial of the full version, but when I opened it up, it was still the starter version.
What can I do?

Uninstalling Studio does not remove the licensing information, which explains why you still run on your Starter license code. As Paul suggested, you should return the Starter license. This will revert to the state before you licensed the SW and may still give you some trial days left, but there is no guarantee. If it does not, the only way to get a trial is to ask SDL for a temporary code or to install the SW on another PC on which Studio has never been installed.
