I need help with licensing.
After having renamed my computer, the license of my Trados Studio 2024 was not valid anymore.
When trying to deactivate it on my RWS account under Licenses, deactivation failed.
I need Trados tomorrow as I have taken on a job.
Please help me with this urgently.

I managed retrieving the old computer name using "event review" with a right click on the Windows Start button. Now, Trados works again.
