Hello,

I can't activate the Trados Studio 2021 Freelance license. When I enter the license code for opening Trados Studio, it prompts an error window:

Activation failed
Could not activate this license. - No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code.

In my RWS Account, there is an license for SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance: Users 1 / In Use 1 / Available 0

Could somebody help me to solve this problem?

By the way, I have renamed my computer, but it contains only English characters (contains both uppercase and lowercase). Should it be a problem (but I can't remember the previous name)?
