Dear RWS Support Team,

I am writing to request a license reset (rehost) for SDL Passolo 2022.

Unfortunately, the computer on which Passolo was installed has suffered a hardware failure and is no longer accessible. Because of this, I was unable to deactivate the license before the system stopped working. I now need to activate the license on a new machine.

Below are the details of my license:

Product: SDL Passolo 2022

License type: Passolo 2022 Professional Edition

Order: 731419

Registered email address: piotrw@shim-pol.pl

Company / User name: Shim-Pol

Approximate purchase date: 26.09.2023


I kindly ask you to reset or rehost the license so that I can activate it on my new computer.
