My old computer crashed so I was unable to "return" the license. Now I want the license on my new computer - how do I do it please?

If you can no longer access Trados from your old computer, please reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below:
Please note you need to wait 30 minutes before you can activate on your new PC. If you no longer can reset the license by yourself, please let me know and I will raise a case with the technical team.

Dear Ana - I so not see the "reset license" option. And was able to deactivate the license (I think) but still do not see enough information how to activate the license. Any hints would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Was the issue solved in the meantime? According to our system, your license was activated yesterday.
