Hi
Can you help me get my license deactivated on the PC I left in Greece, and have no access to?
I have another PC I work on in Berlin, Germany and I want to keep this license :).

Hello Aneta Kowalska-Nwaimo
Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
Then try to activate it on the new PC.
Thank you,
Sorin
Unfortunately, I do not have such a button to click on. I always contacted the support to help me with it, but it is so complicated to find the support on the website that I finally wrote here. Maybe it can be forwarded? Or any link where I can write directly to the Trados support?
Hello Aneta Kowalska-Nwaimo
You still have an available license which can be activated so you can go ahead and do it as described in this article: https://sdl.service-now.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784
In case you have Windows 11 installed, follow these steps before activating the license: In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
Then try again offline activation.
PS: After both activations will be "In Use" in your account, the Reset License button will be available..
Thank you,
Sorin

It does not work for me, Sorin.
This is what I have on my end. If I deactivate it offline on my computer, will I lose my licence instead of resetting the other one on another laptop?
Is there anybody who can help me remotely?
