Deactivation of an unused license on the computer I have no more access to

Question

Hi Can you help me get my license deactivated on the PC I left in Greece, and have no access to? 
 I have another PC I work on in Berlin, Germany and I want to keep this license :).

 Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545 
 Then try to activate it on the new PC.

 You still have an available license which can be activated so you can go ahead and do it as described in this article: https://sdl.service-now.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784 
 In case you have Windows 11 installed, follow these steps before activating the license: In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test). Then try again offline activation. 
 PS: After both activations will be "In Use" in your account, the Reset License button will be available..
