SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus shown as activated, but both my computers are deactivated

Question

I have SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus. I use Windows. 
 I deactivated the license on my laptop. Then I activated it on my desktop. I received an error message and no activation on desktop. So I checked my licenses on RWS > it says my license is activated. I checked both my laptop and desktop, none are activated. 
 I am unable to reset my license (only three times per 12 months), and "Deactivate offline" produces error message. 
 
 The goal is to activate the license on my desktop. Looking forward to speedy solution.
