I recently purchased a new laptop and am contacting you because I have encountered an issue.
After switching laptops, I deactivated the license on the previous laptop and then entered the activation code on the new laptop. However, the activation did not go through. I then logged into the website and went to RWS Account > Products & Plans > Licenses & Subscriptions, where I performed a reset. After confirming that “1” appeared under Available, I re-entered the activation code in Trados installed on the new laptop, but it still did not activate.
However, in RWS Account > Products & Plans > Licenses & Subscriptions, the “Available” count disappeared and “1” is now shown under In Use.
Is there any way to resolve this issue?
