I kindly ask for your help with the following problem:
Passolo 2018
License: Team Edition
A week ago (February 11, 2026), I transferred Passolo from one device to a new one. I did this by deactivating the license offline and then activating it offline. Everything worked fine after activation.
A week later, I am asked to re-enter the license key.
However, since the license is now displayed as used, I can no longer activate it.
This error never occurred on the old device.
