Yesterday, my desktop crashed and I had to reinstall everything. Trados 2019 is not working and I'm having problems with deactivating offline, because the software is deleted. Under licences, I don't even get the "reset licence" option, only offline deactivation/activation. I have no idea how to resolve this issue since I'm also having problems with creating a ticket.
