I'm trying to activate Trados, but I keep getting the same error and now I can't reset the license.

Here are the error messages:

You can only reset your license 3 times in 12 months. It seems you have exceeded this limit and the option to reset your license is no longer available. If you are having problems with your license and need further assistance, click here to register a request with the support team.

And the other is:

The specified lock code is invalid.

However, the code is correct, as I already tried installing it on another machine and it worked.
