Problem with the licence activation

I subscribed to Trados Studio Freelance on 25 January 2026. There was a 14-day trial period, so the subscription has been active since 8 February 2026, the date of my first invoice. Since subscribing, every time I open Trados, I am asked to choose between ‘permanent licence’ or ‘subscription’. I choose subscription, where I am logged in under the name Tradaix. Today, one month after subscribing, I am unable to launch Trados. I get a message saying that ‘the licence has expired’ and when I go to subscription, I am told that ‘the product licence has been deactivated’ and that I need to activate the product. I am not sure what to do and I have translations in progress.  I followed the process to repair Trados, but the problem persists
