Dear Support Team,
I recently purchased a new laptop and deactivated my existing Trados Studio 2022 license from my previous device. I also received an email confirming the offline deactivation, including the offline deactivation ticket.
However, after installing Trados Studio 2022 on my new laptop, I am unable to activate it because I do not have the activation code.
Could you please advise me on how I can retrieve my activation code or complete the activation process on my new labtop?
