Hi all, we had 7 licenses for Studio 2011 managed by SDL Licensing Server Toolkit v1.7 in a server.
I have upgraded two of them to Studio 2015 and I can see them in my account.
The problem is that the activation code for the Studio 2011 are of type N123456789012345678, but 2015's are of type xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx hex digits).
Could you suggest how to activate these floating licenses.

With Studio 2015, the licensing server software has changed, it is not done using the "Licensing Server Toolkit" anymore, but the new Safenet software. If you go to the Downloads section of your account, you will see the License Server software to download. After having downloaded it, install it on your server. It will install two products: the "Safenet License Manager" and the "SDL License Server Manager". The SDL License Server Manager can then be used to activate your 2015 license. It also gives you the possibility to activate only a certain number of the seats you have in this license.
You can also find more details in the Guide that you can download along with the Safenet software.
Once everything is running fine and you don't need the 2011 licenses anymore, you can uninstall the "Licensing Server Toolkit" from your server.

Perhaps the licenses are controlled by another customer account.
If you own a network license, the account of the person or company who ordered/owns the license should show the following:
1) The license information under "Licenses":
.. and (2), the link to download the Licensing Server Manager:
I suggest you ask the IT person who is responsible for the server you connect to.
