Hello, I have Studio 2015 with an active license which I purchased.
However today Studio said "License Expired" and I can't do anything as it won't accept my activation code that was given me with my order. My account says I have 1 valid license in use. On Studio 2015 I can't go past the initial screen so I can't use the wizard to deactivate and reactivate.
Could it be connected to fact that I initially used a trial version but then -- after buying the program -- did not reinstall it but entered my license in the trial version? What do I do now? I would like to be able to use the program that I purchased.
