I have a Studio Freelance 2019 license, and I recently purchased a new PC. I want to move my Studio license to the new PC and start using it there. However, I keep getting "Activation failed. Can't connect to the activation server" when I'm trying to activate using my license key. I have reset my license in the RWS Account, and it says that I have "0 in use" and "1 available" under "Licenses & subscriptions". Why can't I activate my existing license on the new PC?
