Can't deactivate 2015 license online or offline with my crushed computer!

Question

My computer was crushed and I couldn't deactivate 2015 license on-line or off-line. I have a brand new computer now. Would you please help me to recover my license? I originally had a 2014 license and just purchased a "2015 up-grade license", therefore I had a 2014 trados studio and a 2015 trados studio co exsited in my PC. If I could get both of them back to my new PC, I would be very grateful since I needed more time to figure it out which version is better to work with for me.

Hi Yuko, 
 Normally you should request this via the solution finder as per the process below. But I have released your license so you should be good to go. 
 If this happens again please go to the Knowledgebase . Then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now here; 
 Licensing Problems 
 - I use SDL Trados Studio 2015 / SDL Passolo 2015 
 -- I need to have my license reset 
 Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
