Can't deactivate 2015 license online or offline with my crushed computer!

My computer was crushed and I couldn't deactivate 2015 license on-line or off-line.  I have a brand new computer now.  Would you please help me to recover my license?  I originally had a 2014 license and just purchased a "2015 up-grade license", therefore I had a 2014 trados studio and a 2015 trados studio co exsited in my PC.  If I could get both of them back to my new PC, I would be very grateful since I needed more time to figure it out which version is better to work with for me.
