You need to activate the subscription and to select the current one - if you had other subscriptions before you are going to see them in the dropdown, but only one is the active one - your current one.

Also, please provide more details when you try to describe your issue, I am not sure if what you are experiencing is Trados not opening at all or that Trados needs to be activated (for which I have provided the steps in the article above).
