You need to use the activation code from the RWS account - Licenses tab.

The email you used for Community does not have any license linked to it so I cannot verify whether the license is In use or Available, but you should be able to see that if you go to Licenses tab from the RWS Account

Do you own a Trados license? Because you cannot use Trados if you don't have a license. Trados is a type of software that requires to be licensed in order to be used. It is not a free software.

And if you don't own one, the account is going to be empty.

If you are trying to register for the trial for Trados Studio, then you need to register for the trial for Freelancers here - https://www.trados.com/pricing/freelance-translators by selecting a subscription for Trados Freelance and you have 14 days risk free to test the software and to cancel if it does not suit you before the 14 days expire (otherwise you are going to be charged for the subscription plan you selected).

Before requesting the trial version, please let me know the name of your university. They may already be part of our RWS Campus partnership and have access to Trados licenses provided through the program.
