My old PC crashed and took Studio 2024 with it. I have a Trados Studio 2024 Perpetual licence available for my new PC but although I can use Studio on a trial basis I cannot activate it because it's still active on the crashed computer. The licence is dispayed on the relevant page but there is no activation code shown, nor do I have an installation identification for off-line. activation
Did you also tried to deactivate online the license from your RWS account--> Products&Plans--> Licenses tab: RWS Account?
