Unable to deactivate/activate the licence

Question

Hi, after my laptop crashed I have been unable to deactivate/activate mz perpetual licence SDL Studio 2021 on a new laptop. No deactivation option is available, only activation, but it doe not work.

 Please try t onlineo reset the license from your RWS account &ndash; Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below:

 Please note you need to wait 30 minutes before you can activate on your new PC.

Hi Brankica Bjelos 
 If you are referring to your projects or files, please note that Trados does not function as a file repository. All your work is stored locally on your computer. If you move the program to a different PC, you will need to manually copy your files and transfer them to the new computer before reopening or uploading them again in Trados.
