Hi, after my laptop crashed I have been unable to deactivate/activate mz perpetual licence SDL Studio 2021 on a new laptop. No deactivation option is available, only activation, but it doe not work.

Thank you, this helped to successfully reset the license. Yet, I am still not there, Trados is still completely empty with the notification no internet connection.
If you are referring to your projects or files, please note that Trados does not function as a file repository. All your work is stored locally on your computer. If you move the program to a different PC, you will need to manually copy your files and transfer them to the new computer before reopening or uploading them again in Trados.
