I have been using Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus on my laptop. I initiated its deactivation process to use a license on a new desktop. However, the deactivation process stalled before finishing successfully, leaving the Studio deactivated but license not returned. The license is unavailable.
I was able to reset one license and I was able to use it to activate my Studio 2019 on my new desktop. However, the additional licese for my laptop remains unavailable and I am not able to use Studio on my laptop.
Would someone please manually reset my license so I can use Studio on my laptop?
