I cannot reset my license online

I own a Trados Studio 2022 license. My computer crashed and it had to be formatted. I had no opportunity to deactivate my license prior to the formatting. Now I'm working on a trial version because, when I enter the keycode, it says "No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code". When I press on "Reset license" on my RWS account, the only licenses I can activate I think belong to prior Trados versions. My current version, "Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus" no button to reset it (as I said, there are 2 buttons to reset two previous versions of Trados, I think they are the versions I upgraded from).

I would appreciate a quick solution to my problem.
