Hello,
My name is Stéphanie, a freelance translator who owns a perpetual license for RWS Trados Studio 2021.
For unknown reasons, I reached the 3 maximum number of trials to reset my license with the activation code
If I click "Reset License", an error message appears, stating that I can only reset my license 3 times within 12 months and that it appears that I exceeded this limitation and that the option to reset my license is no longer available.
Could you please help on this? I am desperate and completely blocked as I cannot use a software which license I paid for years… I thought about opening a case with the technical support team to activate the license manually or remotely for me…
