Trados does not allow to deactivate license, both online and offline.

HI,

I became a member here as I couldn't find a way to deactivate the license to move from one not working notebook to another. 

I need to move the license to another computer, and it seems a problem that Trados doesn't mind to solve as many people have been posting the issue here for years and nothing changes. 

Anyway, I have a work waiting for me and I can't work as Trados does not allow me to move forward. 

Then I need to be here asking if anyone can help.

I appreciate any help in this situation.
