Unable to Access Language Weaver

I am a Trados Studio 2019 user and I am unable to access Language Weaver / Language Cloud. When I attempt to log in to the portal or through Studio, I receive the error: 'You are not allowed to login to Language Weaver.' My account appears to be missing the necessary provisioning for the 6-million character MT quota. Please could you manually link my RWS ID to the Language Weaver service?
