Hello,
Following a major bug in Trados Studio 2024 last Friday that caused the program to suddenly close for no apparent reason—and made it impossible to restart—I had to uninstall everything. As a result, the license key seems to have vanished into thin air.
I have an RWS account with two licenses, which I share with a friend. I am unable to deactivate the license offline and therefore cannot use Studio on my PC. My friend deactivated her license on her computer to see if that would make a difference, but I’m still in the same situation: the account shows one available license (my friend’s) and one in use (mine, but I have no idea where it is).
Can you help me? It would be much appreciated as I cannot accept any project at the moment.
