Locked out of Trados - Unable to activate licence & maximum tries

Hello,

Upon starting trados after 2 years of use I recieved a licence error. Trying to activate gave me a licence in use error. I connected to my online trados account and revoked the licence in order to try again... This time an error saying it couldn't be activated (but it was marked as activated again in my online trados account). I've tried online and offline activation but nothing worked and I am now unable to do anything as I have already used the 3 available attempts - the latest being today (20/03/2026).
