Can't reactivate Trados online or offline after compulsory Microsoft restart

Could not activate online due to "SSL/TSL channel error" message

Offline activation seems to default to a false installation ID (*1Z3 E6RZ 7LBG U2BU) instead of what is on the activation certificate (*1YX H8T8 RRCM STBP)

 

My activation ID = xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
